A group of, at most, 30 players with a single game plan that will be replicated in all future categories, to be implemented from the beginning of the project.
In the initial categories, the child should have the pleasure of trying to play in several positions, and only in the under-15 category we start the specialization process. From the under-15 on, we start the optimization process, which is nothing else than individualized work to reinforce the fundamentals per position.
